Outstanding Customer Service! I fell in love with this stunning ring from Rogers and Holland-Okemos. However, it wasn't possible, at the time, to drive to Okemos from Kalamazoo. Rogers and Holland employee, Morgan, said, "No worries! I will send it to our Kalamazoo store for you to look at. There is no pressure if you don't like it. Look at it and see." :) Well, I walked out with this exceptional 14k diamond ring. It fit perfectly. Morgan knew that I loved this ring, so she found a way to make it happen. I will gladly buy much more jewelry from her because of her consummate professionalism. She made shopping fun.
