We were customers with Helzberg Jewelers here in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Went to have our wedding rings cleaned per our agreement but the store location closed. We were told to go to Kalamazoo Michigan which is a drive of over 1 hour each way. Decided to find a Jeweler to clean the rings and have them inspected for loose stones We stopped at Roger’s & Holland and met Rosie we explained our situation to her. In summary, she spent about 30 minute with us and explained what service she could offer along with solid guidance. We paid for the cleaning and maintenance and learned quickly of her knowledge, experienced her professionalism, her knowledge and her genuine customer service. She worked with her Jeweler who was on site. Did all the work while we waited. We were so impressed with Rosie so we made a commitment that she is now our “go to” with all our jewelry needs . Even going to buy earrings for our 20th wedding anniversary! I have been around sales personnel for my entire life so I know a professional when I talk to them. Rosie is top notch Sales Manager. Certainly an asset to Roger’s & Hollands!

I’ve used Rodgers and Hollands on two occasions now when wanting to get my wife something she deserves and both times she has not been disappointed. The staff are thoughtful and want you to be happy with your choice and both times I’ve been more than satisfied.

Rose and Deborah are superior in their knowledge. I wouldn't purchase jewelry with anyone else.

I recently purchased a band upgrade and was not completely satisfied with it. When I returned to the store and spoke to Rosie, she was extremely understanding, validating and helpful. I know that there job is to sell us product but her customer service was not only to sell me something, but to make sure I was completely happy and satisfied with what I was purchasing. Thank you Rosie!

They were very patient with me, I came back 3 times in the same day! I shopped other jewelry stores and even bought one somewhere else but my mind kept going back to this ring so I returned the other one and bought R&H ring instead. I liked the people that helped me and gave me honest feed back. Suppose to get it today, so we'll see how the fit goes!
