I had a great experience at Rogers& Hollands in St. Cloud, MN. Chris was able to order in the 2 gemstones I was considering and with their Black Friday event I found a ring setting I loved and got it mounted and sized they same day and left with my perfect ring. There was an issue with the sizing but they got it adjusted before I left. The warranty offered was another selling point as you are not required to have bi-yearly cleaning and inspection, in fact you didn't ever have to bring it in for an inspection which is nice that if I happen to forget I won't get screwed out of my warranty. Will shop here again.

Jack did an amazing job! Grab a card put all the rings info on it from her ring size to the rings item number so All I had to do is give whoever this card and they would take it from their! And it worked!!!

Great customer service! I have been looking for a watch for some time and didn’t want to order online. Roger & Hollands Jewelers ended up being the only place that had it in-stock in their store. No pressure sales, quick transaction, and very friendly people. Will be back in the future. Highly recommend!
