I received a pair of earrings from my sister who had just passed away from cancer. They are extremely sentimental to me! I was at Fox River Mall and decided to go into Zales jewelry to see if the little 3 diamonds were real diamonds. The girl took my earrings and said she was going to clean them and started rubbing them too hard, one of the diamonds fell out of the earring. There were three in each one. I panicked. The manager came over and she said because they’re not real diamonds they’re not going to fix it even though their employee ruined it . I went to Rogers and Hollands worked with Justin who was above and beyond helpful for me in my distraught. They are choosing to fix my earrings, even though they weren’t even bought there. I cannot say enough about this jewelry store the customer service and the care that they have shown me! It’s obvious they respect everyone customer or not a customer! They didn’t have to help me and they chose to help me! If you want high-quality jewelry along with exceptionable service, where they always take care of you, I highly recommend this place. They’re like no other! Thank you Justin for helping me with something that is so sentimental to me. My next purchase will be at Roger’s & Hollands with Justin. I learned they are family owned! Truly the best Jewelry store who cares about YOU and your jewelry needs!!!

My husband bought me a wedding ring for our 20 year anniversary, and customer service is fantastic, and jewelry gorgeous.

The customer service was awesome. I came in to get appraisal. There was a little problem finding my ring purchase date, with a little assistance from other people they found it.

Even though they were busy, Justin took the time to take care of all questions and help me with my appraisals. Thank you!

There wasn’t much of a wait specially with it being valentines day! Staff was friendly, informative and helpful. They will have my daughters and my business from here forth.

Went in on Valentines Day to begin the amazing, intimate experience of choosing an engagement ring. They were slammed, as expected, but did their best to greet everyone and make sure everyone got the care they deserved. When our turn came around we got to select a few options to look through, my style and preferences were taken into account, and Bonnie and Griffin helped us pick out and write options, and didnt push when we decided to take a walk before choosing, there was no hard pressure to buy instantly. We came back later and revisited our selections, and then I left to let my boyfriend choose. Bonnie was exceptionally helpful by his report in selecting and ordering our ring, and in setting up the financing option. Their people and selections are amazing and I will not hesitate to go back for any further jewelry wants or needs.

Katie was very helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. Definitely a favorite jeweler.
