My fiancé and I were struggling to find wedding bands that she really liked and at an affordable price. After working with Richard and Dana this morning, they helped us figure out exactly what we were looking for and at a price that fit our budget. They were such quality pieces of jewelry at such a great price, we ended up getting multiple pieces and couldn’t be happier. We had a great time picking out weddings bands. They had exactly what I needed as I thought we were going to need customization but they were able to find us an option that didn’t need the extra costs of customization and we left very happy! Rich and Dana were great personalities and while I never thought I would be getting my bands out of the mall; they made us feel so comfortable and we can’t wait to go back.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. My husband originally got my engagement ring at Kay’s. Only a year and a half in, I lost my main stone. They were going to charge me $700 for the stone to be replaced despite them telling my husband that the ring came with a life time warranty. But apparently they aren’t fourth right with the fine print that requires you to get an inspection every 3 months or the warranty is void. When you live over an hour away from the nearest mall, that just doesn’t work for a lot of people. At that time roughly 10 years ago now, my friend recommended instead of paying the $700 for the diamond replacement to just get an entirely new ring from Rogers and Holland and told me about how great of customer service they have. She also told me how their lifetime warranty does not have any special stipulations and it’s a true lifetime warranty. So I bought a new ring from Rogers and Holland and just reconfirmed with the people there, that there was no inspection requirement and that they would replace any stone for free if something happened to it and they confirmed. Ten years has passed since then and I’ve never had an opportunity to test their word on this lifetime warranty until now (which attests to the quality of Rodgers and Holland rings compared to Kay’s, as my ring held up for a very long time) and for the first time ever a stone had fallen out of my ring a decade later and it was finally time to put this lifetime warranty that they claimed to the test. I was a little nervous, I wasn’t sure if they were going to tell me things had changed since then, as it had nearly been a decade since I’ve been told that about their warranty. And to my relief, they told me that it was 100% covered, I didn’t even have to mention what was told previously. I had to pay nothing! It was truly just refreshing to know that a company as big as Rogers and Holland is, still has genuine, customer service, and a great lifetime warranty with their products, on top having quality products that last. And I just have to add that the people that were in there today were just so great and had wonderful customer service! I’m so happy that I switched to them so long ago!

I had such a wonderful experience and was fortunate to be helped by Kyra, who went above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect piece of jewelry. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the inventory and helped me understand the different options available. I truly appreciated her recommendations! The store itself has a beautiful selection and a warm atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back and recommending Kyra to my friends and family.

I had a amazing experience with Jeanne and Allyson they were respectful, funny and informative. I came to just look for a engagement rings, but left without a doubt that I had found the one. They were one of the few jewelers who actually had moissanite, I never felt pressured to buy and was comfortable throughout the entire experience.
