I came in and met Arlene approximately 15 years ago, at this time I purchased an anniversary ring and an engagement ring for my now wife. After being engaged my now wife and I went back to meet Arlene again to match up anniversary ring, engagement ring and to pick out wedding band so all matches. Arlene has always been patient with us, always very kind and always has a very bright smile while having such a tremendous welcoming attitude. After we married she asked if we had pictures we could share with her of our wedding. From start to finish, sizing ,sending everything back off to be soldered together stopping in to get cleaned or even just walking past store , if we looked over there, there she is smiling and waving. Never not once in all the years has she ever came across in the slightest way of being pushy or trying to sell. She remembers our names and asks every time about our kids. She is like a realitive now. Fast forward all these years we stopped in today since we seen her working. We only trust her not to say anything bad about anyone else. Everyone seems pleasant but we have only worked with her. We walked in to get my wife’s rings cleaned and decided it’s been long enough and wanted to upgrade her set. Arlene spent every bit of two hours with us looking at new bands, yellow gold, platinum gold, different cuts of Diamonds, different carats, mix matched sets. She never knew what we were going to do or if we were even going to purchase. She still had upmost patient with us. Answered every question and then finally my wife found what she wanted. We walked out feeling pleased and my wife is over the moon happy. I don’t believe this to have ever happen without Arlene. She is definitely a special one of a kind lady.

I have been purchasing my jewelry solely from here for years now and have been provided the best service each time I go. Arlene who i most commonly interact with seems to always be in the greatest of moods and shows shes passionate about what she does and helping you best way she can, without hesitation or being asked seems to clean any jewelry I may be wearing at the time even if thats not what im there for. My most recent interaction with I believe to be the current manager (Brandon) was just as professional and genuine also, as he was quick to provide solution when I expressed needing help with a piece of jewelry I was unable to fit pendants onto. Very genuine and professional service is what to expect if you shop here!

My husband bought my 1st wedding set from Arlene 13 years ago. She has remembered us all of these years later. We never go in the store unless she’s working. Today we went in looked to see if she was working and she was. I needed my ring cleaned. But walked out with a new upgrade! And when I say upgrade, I am still in awe! Arlene is truly the best! She’s passionate about what she does and knows what looks good on your hand. She’s patient, and incredibly kind! She makes the experience amazing!
