Mike and the staff here at the Hobart store are really so kind and helpful. Purchased a diamond ring there about 5 years ago and the stones kept coming loose. Even lost two of them. We decided to upgrade the ring. Mike tge manager was more than fair with us. So far we've been very satisfied.
