We came here 2 days in a row and purchased 2 watches. Both staff members were super friendly and very knowledgeable. Both days they set up my watches to the proper time/date etc as I struggle sometimes. Clean store and well displayed. We were visiting from Canada and this will become one of our stops the next time. Are you looking to get a watch battery replaced? We came to the Millcreek Mall in Erie and stopped in at Ashcroft & Oak. We were happily greeted and directed to Kyle. What a helpful young man. Our watch was fixed in no time at all reasonable price. We took a look around while we were waiting. Such a beautiful store. Highly recommended
