Just wanted to share that the service that I received from this facility beyond exceeded my expectations! I was in the market for some jewelry for my boyfriend, and I got it at a perfectly affordable price! My boyfriend absolutely loved them. I want to highlight Jacqueline/her team specifically for her assistance in accomplishing this task - her professionalism, quick timing, and bubbly personality really made this transaction go as smoothly as it could be. She also seemed to have much knowledge about the jewelry itself, helping me find the right product for my specific needs. Next time I'm in the market for jewelry, I know who I'm calling!

I visited two of their locations in my search for a ring and I preferred this place over the other mall jewelers. They were helpful in explaining things I didn't know about. They also explained why a certain style or size might be better or worse for what I was looking for. They seemed more interested in making sure I found what I wanted than try to sell me a ring. Great place!

Stephanie, Stephanie, Stephanie. I will never work with anyone else. Prior to Christmas I had reached out to Stephanie to replace my wife's wedding ring that we purchase there for our 46yr anniversary. I had lost it when she took it off to work in the garden. Through a series of my health issues, delays, and my guessing about everything enough to drive any one insane, Stephanie stuck with me. This was all in secret! On our 49th anniversary Feb 14th, Stephanie had replicated her ring so exactly that my wife thought it was her lost ring I had never seen my wife so happy!!!
