All three assist were attentive to obtain a piece of timeless necklace I once had in the past and lost. They also told me the could track a ring that I once had and someone else needed more than I. I was excited to learn I could purchase this same unique ring again.
Today my partner and I went to the mall to shop a few rings, after not being greeted or helped much across the way at Kays...we decided to walk over to Rogers & Hollads. We were greeted by D'Angelo who was very polite, welcoming, and knowledgeable, he was quick and attentive to our needs and placed no pressure on the making the sale. Instead he was more focused on our needs and understanding what we liked. We ended up purchasing two rings today because of service, we'll definitely be back for all our Jewelry needs!

He helped me find the piece I had seen in a photo. He also suggested a similar one that he liked better. I agreed and ended up going with it. His pleasant demeanor and attentiveness made for a great visit. I feel like I got a good price on a beautiful piece of jewelry with great customer care in the process. Rogers & Hollands is an absolutely wonderful family owned business! They had exactly what I was looking for! They were kind, helpful, very knowledgeable and super friendly.
