I had an unforgettable experience at Rogers & Hollands thanks to two amazing employees, Courtney and Max. My wedding ring had become painfully stuck on my finger, and instead of sending me to the ER to have it cut off, they both jumped right in to help. They spent a ton of time — and a surprising amount of physical labor 🤪 — carefully sawing it off. They even took turns twisting the grinder to make sure it was done safely and as comfortably as possible. I can’t say enough about their professionalism. Courtney was incredibly polite, reassuring, and even added some humor to a stressful situation. She also helped me look for a simple gold replacement ring afterward. Even though I didn’t purchase one that day, I fully plan to return to this store to trade in my wedding band because their customer service is truly exceptional. Thank you, Courtney and Max, for going above and beyond. Rogers & Hollands is lucky to have you!
