This review I thought was posted back in May/June of 2025. My apologies that this did not post correctly. I came in the month of May to look for an engagement ring. I worked with a gentleman named Rich. He was phenomenal. We were leaving for a trip that I wanted to propose on and the ring came on the trip and i was able to propose and now we are getting married this September. Can’t wait to come back for more items in the future!

I’ve had a wonderful experience every time I have visited Ashcroft & Oak. Darmelle helped so much with my custom engagement ring and my wedding band! She is always so kind and welcoming and willing to work around your needs. She truly cares about her customers and wants them to walk out happy, and we always do!
