We came here today and worked with a young man who's name I believe was Blake (Sales # 25897). He was awesome! Very personable, genuine, kind and knowledgeable. He was very patient with me as I can be indecisive and I never felt rushed or anything. He helped me to make a decision I felt great about with my mother's ring! I would definitly come back again just because of the service he gave. Thank you so much!

Excellent customer service, highly recommend. Chris, the store GM sized my bracelet on a Hamilton watch I recently purchased at the Roseville location at no charge. I brought my watch there the other day to get resized after buying it from a market place transaction. Chris didn't once make me feel like I was wasting his time. He hyped me up about the watch, resized it and just asked for me to keep him in mind in the future. I even offered to tip him, and he said no thank you. Top notch service!

Chris was super helpful and knowledgeable. We went to Helzberg (where her engagement ring was purchased from) and every other jeweler in the area to find the one specific ring my fiancé wanted for her wedding band. Chris and his team were the only ones who seemed interested in assisting and didn’t instantly push us away from not having an answer to our search. The answer ended up being a custom ring and we were able to meet with someone over Teams to create that custom ring in real time! A great experience and will be going there for all of our future needs just from this single experience.
