I had gotten my ring resized and twice it had come apart in the thinner part of the band and diamonds had fallen out since the resize. Jennifer was able to get to get me a brand new ring in the size I needed so that issue wouldn’t happen again.
I had a ring stuck on my finger and they kindly were able to cut it off for me!
