Really great customer service. I bought a citizen watch in February. The crown and pin came out of the watch at some point. I brought the watch back to the store intending to have it shipped for repair. The associate immediately checked to see if they had any others in stock, which they did, and simply replaced the watch for me rather than going through the very long shipping process. They even re-sized the new watch. They just made it easy and I will certainly be going back to this location for all my purchases going forward.
