The customer service here was truly exceptional. I came in during an emergency because my engagement ring needed to be cut off due to pregnancy related swelling, Jennifer and the team could not have been more patient or understanding. They removed the ring safely, calmly, and with so much care. The staff was incredibly accommodating, even with my energetic 4 year old exploring the store while they worked. The shop itself is beautiful, with stunning display cases and a very clean and welcoming atmosphere. I will absolutely be returning, not only to have my ring repaired after the baby arrives, but also to shop for future jewelry. They have definitely earned my trust and my business.
