I’ve been a loyal customer of Ashcroft & Oak in Great Northern Mall since I got engaged in 2020. This is thanks to dealing with their sales associate, Rana, over the years. She has been incredible to work with. I have now upgraded my engagement ring and wedding bands 3 times, and she knows exactly the styles and budget that worked best for me. Rana is extremely talented and knowledgeable about the quality of diamonds and has taught me so much about how to care for my rings in the best way.
