I was at the 'Restyling Event' although the jeweler said he could not do what I wanted the employee kept working/talking with me about different arrangements and we finally agreed to something that I am hoping both of us will be pleased with. I also bought an item in the case, the sale was great.

Wonderful experience, I went looking for a certain piece and this shop was the only one who was willing to do more than say they don’t have it on them. They went ahead and ordered my pieces and they showed up in less than a week, I will be returning for more :)

I went in to have my ring sized, and see if they could mail it to me because we moved. The ladies there were very nice. They let me know the charge to ship my ring, and let me know it could be two weeks before I recieved my ring. They called to keep me updated on the progress, the also called to let me know my ring was shipped, and they emailed me the tracking number. They definitely go above and beyond for their customers!! They also cut off my class ring, amd let me know that it would be better to have the original company size it. They went above and beyond by letting me know who the jeweler for my ring was. I couldn't remember who I had bought it from. We haven't had a bad visit anytime we have gone in. All the employees are very nice and helpful. They also don't judge you by the way you dress as some other jewelers do. I highly recommend Roger's & Holland Jewelers!

Hello popped in at the Rogers & Hollands to give a quick glance for a simple but elegant gold necklace. Customer service was great. Both ladies brought to my attention some elegant gold necklaces for my selection. I chose a simple fine gold chain with oval gold pendant with diamond. I love it so much. CK
