I first shopped at Rogers & Hollands in 2010 I believe. It is the only jewelry store I continue to visit. Beautiful pieces and the ability to create more customized pieces. I've always had an excellent experience with the staff in the 3 different locations I've visited over the years. I've had sizing and repairs done over the years always completed and returned in less time than originally quoted.

I came into Rogers & Hollands looking for an engagement ring and was greeted by Dan Stehr, the store manager. Dan is an exceptional diamond consultant but more so he’s just a really good person. He answered all of my questions thoughtfully, took the time to show me a wide variety of rings, and ensured that I had a good experience while in store. I ended up falling in love with a half bezel Asscher cut diamond. Shortly after, my fiancé Brad proposed with that ring (yay!). We have since come back to get Brad some jewelry as well (a gold chain and bracelet), and Dan was back helping us!! If you are in the Rochester area looking for an exceptional variety of engagement rings and jewelry, full stop at Rogers & Hollands.
