I had a gem stone that I bought from a gem shop now I said to myself where be a good place to go well I went to Ashcroft & Oak jewelers at Polaris Fashion Place and talk to Debbie Falcone the gem stone was a .85ct Brazil Tourmaline Rubalite boy was I glad I did I had a big smile when I saw the ring I was lost for words I would have to give her a 10

Jessica worked with us tirelessly to get the right diamond for my wife's ring. She was professional and very personable the entire time. If you are looking for a piece of jewelry you cannot beat Ashcroft and Oak.

My now-wife and I have been to this jewelry store a handful of times, and each visit has somehow been more enjoyable than the last. As has been the case for each prior visit, Sam was able to ensure any vision or ideas we may have had was given delicate care. In today's visit, we were made aware of the once-every-six-month opportunity that SJA provides, and with the diligence, patience, and invaluable help from Sam, Caisey, and Frank, we were able to secure a lovely ring for my wife for a fantastic price. I cannot state how amazing they were with providing us every service and opportunity available to allow us the best options. We also purchased a beautiful Movado watch for myself that I will ensure becomes an heirloom. We will continue to go to this jewelry store for the foreseeable future, and we will be back every half year to see what Caisey and Frank have available.

Enjoyed working with Sam and Debbie at the Restyle Event.. Debbie called and texted to remind me of the event.. soo appreciated her approach.. my only concern is when restyling my jewelry, no protection plan offered.. 5 stars to Debbie and Sam.. super to work with.. ☺️💕❣️

I have purchased several items from this store. Earrings, rings, necklace. The customer service is alway exceptional. I dropped in one day to have my ring serviced because it was bent and happened to see this beautiful white sapphire ring. I hesitated to purchase it but after a week or so (and several “looks” at it online), I went back to the store and purchased it. I also purchased the matching necklace ! I had to have the ring sized but am excited to get it. My only drawback is it is going to take 3 weeks to get it back. I do wish that it didn’t take as much time to get the items serviced but they do an exceptional job. It’s worth the wait! Sam was amazing and very helpful! She was patient and knowledgable and showed me other items as well. Thank you Sam. I appreciated your help
