We get all our jewelry here and have always had a great experience! We also have the Lifetime protection plans on our jewelry, it wasn’t much more to add on and is definitely worth it! I have a box chain necklace that I have broken twice in the last 7 years ( I am rough on jewelry and this necklace is way sturdier than any other chain I have ever had ) Both times I brought it in and they asked if it was okay to replace it with a new one. I say yes and have walked out of there in under 10 minutes wearing a new chain both times.
