"Saheara has provided the most exceptional customer service I have ever experienced. I went in just to get my engagement ring cleaned, and while I was waiting, she offered to show me some bands for my husband-to-be. We looked for about five minutes and didn't find anything. She asked me to give her a moment, saying she might have something we'd both like. To my surprise, she found the perfect band—it matched my engagement ring so perfectly you'd think they came as a matching set. I ended up putting a deposit down, even though I had no intention of doing so. Saheara is such a sweet person. I love dealing with a salesperson who doesn't make you feel like they're just trying to make a sale. Her energy is so vibrant and warming. I will absolutely be recommending this store to friends, family, and even future brides."
