Needed an extremely sentimental ring fixed as I lost a diamond. Trivell was incredible every step of the way. It's a ring in honor of my deceased granddaughter. I received different options and everything was explained thoroughly. I definitely have my jeweler from now on. Thank you so much for your patience and kindness.
