Arlene who i most commonly interact with seems to always be in the greatest of moods and shows shes passionate about what she does and helping you best way she can, without hesitation or being asked seems to clean any jewelry I may be wearing at the time even if thats not what im there for. My most recent interaction with I believe to be the current manager (Brandon) was just as professional and genuine also, as he was quick to provide solution when I expressed needing help with a piece of jewelry I was unable to fit pendants onto.
