I stopped by randomly looking for a desire black stone ring. I first dealt with Jordan who has the most infectious smile and patience of a saint. We had to come back the following day when we dealt with Jessica who went above and beyond trying to make sure we were taken of. Wonderful experience all the way around. Definitely will be back.

My wife and I had purchased a two carat diamond to upgrade her wedding ring for our 35th anniversary. While waiting for the upgrade to be done, we changed our minds and decided we would go with a three carat instead. Jessica helped us the first time so we wanted to have her help us again. We walked in and she was there ready to talk with us. We informed her of the situation and she was able to help us in the nick of time, as work on our ring had just started. She was able to upgrade for us with no problem and now we are just waiting for my wife's ring. Jessica is awesome to work with. She is very personable and understanding. That being said, everyone at Ashcroft and Oak are extremely nice. You cant go wrong giving them your business!
