My wife and I went into the store multiple times so she could look at and try on diamond stud earrings. She wasn’t sure exactly what she wanted in the beginning and was looking at multiple pairs at multiple different stores. She finally settled on what she wanted finding 3 different sets at 3 different stores. All were similar in stone size, clarity, and setting. The difference was the people! Elijah and Delaney were incredible. Very helpful and kind. Explaining and answering every question my wife had. They were both incredibly patient and not pushy in the slightest. I absolutely could not have asked for a better experience buying my wife her dream earrings. Even though I didn’t want a “high end” watch, they treated me like a favored customer and didn’t try to push the more expensive ones, but showed what was available. I needed a couple links added to make it more comfortable and they gladly ordered them since they weren’t readily available. The salesman interacted with us while we were looking, showing interest in us. That’s what sold me—besides liking the watch that I bought!!

Victor was friendly and helpful. I Didn’t feel pressured to buy. I found what I was looking for. I went back a few days later with an issue I had with the second watch I bought.
