Layaway Policy

In-Store Only

  • A minimum deposit of 10% of the purchase price is required to place an item on layaway.
  • The remaining balance must be paid in six equal monthly payments and completed within six months.
  • Layaway deposits are refundable within 30 days of the original layaway date with no penalty.
  • If a layaway is canceled after 30 days or becomes delinquent, payments will be refunded to the original form of payment when available, or by refund check, minus a $75 restocking fee (or the total amount paid, if less than $75).
