A philanthropic grants program that supports nonprofit organizations in the communities where we do business, Embracing Our Neighborhoods celebrates the best of our communities, the people and organizations working hard to make lives happier and healthier.

Because every community has different priorities, we seek input from local residents and support projects that best address local needs. Guests can stop by any of our 70 Rogers & Hollands | Ashcroft & Oak locations across 15 states to request a nomination form and recommend a nonprofit making a meaningful impact in their community.

Funding ranges from small grants for small projects to more significant support for efforts with broader reach. Submissions to the Embracing Our Neighborhoods program are accepted on a rolling basis and evaluated by a team of community leaders and Rogers & Hollands | Ashcroft & Oak executives.

Since launching the program in 2022, we’ve donated more than $360,000 to causes chosen by our associates and guests. These organizations support initiatives across medical research and healthcare, education and the arts, civic and social services, at-risk children, and animal welfare.

Giving back has always been part of who we are and what it means to be a true neighbor.
