Dawn was such a blessing. She listened and understood our parameters when searching for an engagement ring. After looking at other stores in the mall, it was Dawn's knowledge about Rogers & Hollands history, warranty, financing, and products that sold us. We not only managed to find an engagement ring but also both wedding bands within the budget we set for just the engagement ring. Their holiday deals were hard to pass up! Even after our initial evening of just looking, we did not feel pressured to buy on the spot and were able to go home to weigh our options where again we knew, Rogers and Hollands was the way to go. Veronica helped us a great deal with a piece that was for my mom. I really had no idea what I was doing and she made sure I was comfortable and educated. Great customer service and very personable. I will be come back to Roger & Hollands because of Veronica!!
