I stopped into this jewelry store yesterday after stopping at several others to find a gold necklace for my daughter for Christmas. Joanna helped me find the perfect one and she was so kind and so excited I loved working with her. While I was there, I also spoke with Tyler Bentley about another piece of jewelry. Today I returned to specifically work with Tyler make a couple of very special purchases for myself…. Tyler, I cannot thank you enough for the level of professionalism and care and service and time that you spent helping me pick out the perfect items. I will return to you for my future jewel needs without a doubt!

Tyler was fantastic! He took the time during the busy holidays to work with me to custom build my custom wedding band. He answered all my questions and showed me all options despite the place being so busy! Highly recommend Tyler Bentley and Rogers&Hollands! Part two! I had help from Tyler and Tayler, who were both wonderful in helping me find the right piece I was looking for. I went in saying I wasn't going to buy anything that day, but Tyler still helped me search for something in budget without making me feel like I had to purchase something. He showed me a lot of options before Tayler took over and suggested something similar to what I was looking for. A few days later I returned, and ended up buying Taylers final suggestion. It was a smooth process and I am very happy with my purchase and the help I got from the two employees was amazing, they treated me with respect and kindness even though Im younger and said I was also going to check other stores. Definitely recommend.
