I had such an unbelievable experience at this store. Mrs. Jordan, along with Mrs. Michelle, truly went above and beyond. Miss Michelle introduced me to Miss Jordan, and from that moment on, Miss Jordan took care of us every step of the way. She is an amazing person with a beautiful spirit. She was incredibly patient with both me and my daughter, taking the time to truly understand us and what we were looking for. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness and the genuine care she showed us throughout the entire experience. It truly feels good to know that there are still people like this in the world.

Oh my god i,d never go anywhere else. I have been with Ashcroft of at least 15 years. With each passing year they get better and better. I just got an up-grade. I got a 2c diamond put into my existing ring. Perfect . Beautifully cut. We had such an expirence I stayed and got diamond earrings and my daughters Christmas gift. Jordan made every stepping moment exciting. Like she was even more excited than I was. Her smile light up this expirence. She made me comfortable with spending more money. Her manager with her knowledge assisted with the transaction that made my epirence even more at ease knowing im getting the best of the best. Diamonds are not cheap but this made me feel like I was getting the best diamond in the world. Cheers to another 30 years shopping at Ashcroft
