OFFICIAL RULES AND CONDITIONS

1. To Enter: No purchase or payment of any money is necessary to enter. To enter the Rogers & Hollands Text Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), send a text message from your mobile phone with one of the following keywords: (gold, jewelry, silver, jewel, pearl, ruby, gifts, ring, diamonds, emerald, rogers, platinum) to the short code 30364 between 11/3/08 and 12/4/08. All charges will be billed on your wireless phone bill or deducted from your prepaid balance. Designed to work with Alltel, AT&T Wireless, Boost Mobile, Cincinnati Bell Wireless, Cingular Wireless, Nextel, Sprint PCS, T-Mobile, US Cellular and Verizon Wireless. Sponsor makes no guarantee that any particular wireless service provider will participate or continue to be a participating carrier. The mobile phone that is used by the entrant must be capable of sending and receiving text messages. Entrants should check their phone's features to see if they have that capability. Wireless telephone and/or text message services may not be available in all areas. Wireless service providers may charge entrants for each text message, including any error message that is sent and received in connection with the Sweepstakes, based on the applicable wireless service pricing plan. Entrants should consult their wireless service provider's pricing plan for details. Proof of text messaging is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor. Entering by text message will not improve your chance of winning. To enter by mail, print your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address (if any) on a "3 1/2 x 5 1/2" card and mail to: Rogers & Hollands Text Sweepstakes Entry, 20821 South Cicero Avenue, Matteson IL 60443. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by 12/4/08 and received by 12/9/08. Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of the method of entry.

2. Prizes and Drawing: One $500 Rogers & Hollands gift card will be awarded to each of four winners. Winners will be determined by a third party via a random drawing from among all eligible entries received, to be held on or about 12/10/08. All prizes will be awarded. Prize winners will be notified by phone by 12/15/08 and may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity release. Odds of winning will be determined by number of eligible entries.

3. Eligibility: Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, family members and persons living in the same household of such employees, of Sponsor or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies are not eligible to enter. One prize per person.

4. Misc.: All taxes are the responsibility of winners. The Sponsor and Administrator assume no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, misdirected or postage due mail, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. In the event of a dispute, entry information will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the telephone number submitted at the time of entry, unless entry was submitted by a mail-in entrant. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to a telephone number by a telephone company, wireless service provider, Internet access provider, Internet service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning telephone numbers or wireless phone numbers for the telephone exchange associated with the submitted telephone number or the domain associated with the submitted telephone number, as applicable. For a list of winners, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Text Sweepstakes Winners List, Rogers & Hollands, 20821 South Cicero Avenue, Matteson IL, 60443. Requests for winners lists must be received by 1/31/09. Allow four weeks for delivery of winners list. Void where prohibited. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and decisions of the judges.
