Last edit to add! - Randall called today to let me know the new ring was in stock, walked in, immediately was taken care of by the wonderful Randall. It was a quick, headache free swap out. Still very satisfied with bringing my buisness to ashcorft & Oak and of course to Randall, i hope theres comission for him! Randall helped me find an upgrade for my hubby! There were many options, and im not very knowledgeable on men's rings but he helped me find the perfect upgrade! *Edit* Ended up getting wring size, like a doof, called over the phone, got ahold of Randall again, he helped special order the correct size. All in all, very happy and satisfied with the customer service here!

Several months ago, I stopped in to look at watches. Elliott assisted me showing me many different styles and I focused in on a particular Citizen. I didn’t purchase at that time thinking I would miss my Apple Watch. I have been looking at the watch online since then and went back to purchase it yesterday, 11/22/25.
