The experience was awesome. Noone was pushy and I had two awesome ladies who were willing to go above and beyond to help me out. 1 of which I had the pleasure of seeing again for an honor I had received. Our experience here was excellent. We came in o e day and looked at a ring that contained our son’s birthstone and a butterfly and then came back a few days later to get it. Our son had just passed away and this ring meant a lot to my wife. They were very receptive and kind while working with us on the purchase and made us feel like more than just a “customer” getting a product. The lady also showed my wife the cleaning cloth for silver and cleaned her earrings which was amazing. They brought a smile to our face which was not easy to do. We will be coming back for life! Rana and Kat truly are the best w company employee’s a company could ever have. They both made sure i was completely comfortable with everything, have an incredible amount of patience with my crazy crazy questions. i am truly so thankful that they were here and i would have lost my mind if they weren’t here. every other place i went to they tried to scam and made me extremely uncomfortable. but rana and kat are the complete opposite, they made sure we were in my budget and i was truly comfortable with what my fiance and I were looking at. i would highly recommend if you’re gonna go anywhere come here and look for rana and kat. yusif Nov 14, 2025
