"WE WILL" Diamond Guarantee

WE WILL clean and inspect your Rogers & Hollands Diamond jewelry at no charge forever.

Provided you allow us to inspect your Rogers & Hollands Diamond Jewelry every six months:

• WE WILL guarantee your Rogers & Hollands Diamonds (single stones up to 2.05 carats) against loss from the mounting forever.
  
  
• WE WILL guarantee your Rogers & Hollands Diamonds (single stones up to 2.05 carats) against chipping and cracking forever.
  
  
• WE WILL repair your Rogers & Hollands Diamond jewelry (excluding chains and earring backs) at no charge for two years from the date of purchase.
  
  
• WE WILL replace your lost or damaged Rogers & Hollands Diamonds (single stones up to 2.05 carats) with diamonds of like kind and quality forever.
  

Single Diamonds weighing more than 2.05 carats are not covered against chipping, cracking or loss.

This Guarantee applies only to jewelry in which all of the stones are diamonds, or to jewelry that has a diamond center stone. Any other jewelry containing a mixture of diamonds and other gemstones is not covered by this Guarantee.

This Guarantee applies only to Karat Gold, Platinum and Palladium jewelry. Jewelry in any other metal is not covered.

If  you miss a six-month inspection of your jewelry, your Rogers & Hollands Diamonds will not be covered against chipping, cracking or loss until the jewelry is re-inspected and any necessary repairs have been completed. Any necessary repairs identified in such a re-inspection will not be provided free of charge.

If your jewelry is repaired or replaced under this Guarantee, it can no longer be returned under our Rogers & Hollands Return Policy.

Diamonds not purchased from Rogers & Hollands are not covered against chipping, cracking or loss.

This Guarantee and your register receipt for your most recent six month jewelry inspection must be presented to obtain repair or replacement services provided under the WE WILL Guarantee Program.

For maximum protection of your jewelry, we suggest obtaining private property and casualty insurance in addition to this Guarantee.

This Guarantee is not transferrable or assignable more than 90 days after the original purchase date, or if the covered jewelry is re-sold to a third party.
