We Will guarantee your Diamonds against chipping or cracking forever, provided you allow us to inspect your Rogers & Hollands jewelry every six months and have your guarantee signed by a Rogers & Hollands Associate. We Will repair your jewelry mounting and prongs at no cost to you forever provided you allow us to inspect your Rogers & Hollands jewelry every six months and have your guarantee signed by a Rogers & Hollands Associate.

We will accept your Rogers & Hollands Diamond as a trade-in towards any other Rogers & Hollands merchandise (except watches) with a purchase price that is at least double your trade-in value. Your trade-in value will be determined by increasing your original purchase price for your Rogers & Hollands Diamond by 5% per full year to a maximum increase of 25% after five years.

We will accept your Rogers & Hollands Diamond as a trade-in towards any other Rogers & Hollands merchandise (except watches) with a purchase price that is at least 75% more than your trade-in value. In this case, your trade-in value is your original purchase price for your Rogers & Hollands Diamond.
